Focus Global Talent Solutions, is an organization that is and will always be near and dear to my heart. As the first creative marketing hire, I partnered with Dave and Brittany Fox as they built the organization from the ground up. I helped establish the look and feel of their online presence.
I’ve always said, “If I can market recruitment, I can market anything.” And 3 years later, I would say it has been successful and it’s only the beginning for that organization.
At Focus GTS, we were able to infuse fun and relevant marketing tactics, messaging, and aesthetics while maintaining an informative professional foundation that brought immense value to all of Focus GTS clients and recruits.

Video Production
At Focus GTS, my main role was to educate and inspire our clients to work with us, I did this through the medium of video. We created testimonials, ad campaigns, weekly educational content, The Tech Show (that featured tech candidates within our verticals), and social content to help engage with our customers.

Graphic Design
As the Lead Graphic Designer, I was responsible for creating a wide range of content across the company’s digital marketing ecosystem—including social media assets, email campaigns, paid ads, lead magnets, and internal and external marketing materials. I also led the art direction and visual design of the Focus Global Talent Solutions website.
One of our most ambitious projects was launching our first Salary Guide for Cloud Computing Professionals in April 2021. This 31-page interactive PDF was packed with valuable insights—industry trends, salary graphs by state, and data-driven takeaways designed to support job seekers and hiring managers alike. I was deeply involved from start to finish: helping ideate content, art directing and designing the guide itself, and leading the brand awareness campaign across both organic and paid channels.
This project was a significant milestone and a great example of how thoughtful design and collaboration can turn complex data into a clear, engaging experience.
